Your tasks
- Support of residents in their daily life and personal competence development
- Design and implementation of the internal daily structure and leisure activities
- Co-responsibility for all materials, furniture, and equipment and their management
Your profile
- Interest and openness to working with people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
- Experience in the social field (including volunteer work) is an advantage
