To support us, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (m/f/x) between 80 and 100% who will work closely with business departments and the technical teams of the digital transformation, particularly in contact with the teams fighting insurance fraud, regulatory compliance, and IT security.
The various tasks awaiting you
Analysis activities:
- Identify, collect, and structure business needs around the challenges of fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and IT security
- Translate these needs into clear functional and technical requirements, taking into account IT and regulatory constraints
- Collaborate with technical teams and architects to ensure the coherence of proposed solutions
- Assess operational and technological risks as well as dependencies related to changes
- Advise stakeholders on business and technical alternatives (internal and/or external)
Management and coordination activities:
- Lead scoping workshops with internal stakeholders (fraud prevention, security, compliance, etc.) and external ones (suppliers, partners)
- Facilitate communication between business units (product owners, business referents, process and data referents), project teams, and technical teams.
- Participate in functional tests and UAT phases ensuring coverage of sensitive requirements
- Contribute to document governance (traceability, compliance, reporting, audit recommendation follow-up)
Your profile:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a technical orientation and ideally in the insurance field
- Higher professional education (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or other equivalent title) in Computer Science or a technical field with an IT component
- Good knowledge and understanding of business and regulatory processes in Swiss insurance or financial sector (internal audits, FINMA directives, LPD, GDPR, etc.)
- Proven versatile experience in business analysis, solution integration, project management, and collaboration with delivery teams (product owners, scrum masters, business analysts, developers, testers, etc.) on topics related to insurance fraud, regulatory compliance, and IT security
- Understanding of overall IT architecture, data security issues, access and protection of critical systems, as well as integration challenges (API, microservices, etc.) and key Cloud-related issues
- Very good command of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) combined with a very good knowledge of common agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Native French speaker, fluent in English (spoken and written, minimum B2 level), knowledge of German would be a real asset
