About the job

• You take over the professional and personnel management of four directly subordinate team leaders and bear overall responsibility for a team of over 40 employees in shift work.
• You ensure the entire departure process - from picking and packaging through cross-docking to loading, yard transport, and export processing - and guarantee that it runs smoothly, efficiently, and with high quality.
• You ensure clear, open communication and guarantee cross-site collaboration across all relevant interfaces.
• You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials, and implement sustainable improvements together with your team.
• You conduct regular employee discussions, provide constructive feedback, and promote the professional as well as personal development of your employees.
• You consistently exemplify safety, hygiene, discipline, and order in everyday work, actively participate in projects, and ensure that process and work instructions remain up to date.

• Completed vocational training in logistics with further training as a logistics specialist; additional qualifications are an advantage.
• Several years of experience in operational logistics, ideally in a production or distribution center.
• Experience in team leadership with enthusiasm for motivating, developing, and empowering employees.
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations, act pragmatically, and pitch in actively.
• Good user knowledge of SAP, WMS, and MS Office as well as a confident sense for logistical processes and key figures.
• Clear communication, high independence, and active participation in projects are a matter of course for you.
