In Winterthur, we are opening a brand new casino this winter where ENTERTAINMENT is paramount. The Halle Rapide in the Lokstadt will be our new home and with an additional event hall next to the casino, we have double the chances to delight our guests. Your game
- You take care of customers and guests using the booking tool, from inquiry through planning & execution to invoicing.
- You plan and organize event formats.
- You handle all types of inquiries and are thus in active contact with customers.
- In this role, you also obtain quotes and create offers tailored to the respective clientele.
- As the interface to suppliers and partners, you are also on site in the evenings and support your team at events as well as in their preparation and follow-up.
- You procure and manage giveaways and guest gifts.
Our rules of the game
- You have completed basic training and already have experience in event planning and organization.
- German is your native language or at a business fluent level, good to very good English skills are desirable.
- You are a team player, enjoy actively approaching people and communicate with all parties at eye level.
- In hectic moments, you keep an overview thanks to your thorough preparation.
- You bring genuine curiosity and openness for the fascinating world of casinos and are able to quickly adapt to new conditions and requirements.
- Your reputation is impeccable and without entries in the criminal or debt register.
- Evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays are not a problem for you but a welcome change.
