Your contribution to our team
As a clerk for quotes and contracts, you are responsible for the entire process of quote processing – from creation through follow-up to completion. You are also the central contact person for our customers. With your training as an electrician and a commercial flair, you competently and friendly advise our customers by phone. You take over the complete order processing, from offer creation to ensuring product availability. You also provide price information and details on delivery times. Your responsibilities also include the professional handling of complaints, where you always act confidently and solution-oriented. With your reliable and professional manner, you make a significant contribution to our customers' satisfaction.
Your profile
• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician EFZ or assembly electrician EFZ
• Training or experience in the field of lighting (e.g., SLG, lighting planning, lighting quotes) is an advantage
• MS Office skills
• Sales personality with a strong customer orientation
• Independent and precise way of working
• Team-oriented and flexible personality with high commitment and resilience
