- Planning, organizing, executing, and follow-up of various events and functions
- Coordination between internal and external contacts
- Monitoring of appointments and budgets
- Active hands-on participation at events
- Warehouse and material management
We look forward to this profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, further training in communication or event management is an advantage
- Preferably experience in organizing and implementing events as well as in customer service
- Organizational talent with a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Confident German skills, French skills are an advantage
- A high level of quality awareness and enthusiasm for events
- Very good MS Office skills, IT-affine working style
- Driver's license category B
