About the job
In our wonderful kiana daycare center in Wülflingen, we are looking for a group leader starting April 1, 2026 or by arrangement, who is warm-hearted, committed, and responsible, and who will independently further develop, lead, and enrich the already existing group.Our rooms are nature-oriented and designed with great love. They leave plenty of space open so that the children can fully engage in play and nature and thus develop optimally.
Your tasks:
- Professional leadership of the group
- Guidance of apprentices and interns
- Implementation of our nature pedagogical and bilingual concept
- Responsibility for the group room and daily routine
- Completion of administrative tasks (maintaining and updating daily reports, child observations, portfolio, etc.)
- Ensuring smooth communication between the group, parents, and supervisors
- Conducting acclimatization processes
- Conducting progress discussions with parents
