a banking education and several years of experience, especially in the areas of investments, pension, and credits

up-to-date professional knowledge as well as continuing education in the banking sector

holder of an SAQ certificate

a communicative personality, ambition, and a sense of service

the ability to recognize needs and expectations and you enjoy daily contact with clients

a wide network of contacts as well as a connection to the region

good persuasive power and the ability to assert yourself
