What are the tasks that await you?
- Management of internal and external collaboration (including agencies and contract negotiations) for the agile implementation of websites and apps
- Planning and execution of sprints together with the team, focusing on efficiency and goal achievement
- Driver of digital innovations and the application of innovation management methods.
- Coordination and triage of requirements and tasks in the area of innovation
- Searching for new solutions, convincing stakeholders, receiving wishes and requirements, and questioning them
- Understanding customer needs and incorporating them into the development and implementation of solutions
- Defining and developing the roadmap in close coordination with all stakeholders and planning it with the Digital Innovation & ICT team
- Requirements management including prioritization of backlogs according to the available budget and support possibilities
- Coordinating, defining, and accepting epics, features, and user stories for app and web solutions
- Deputizing for support and taking over customer contact for the two most important products
- Support and escalation on the respective platforms as well as coordination with the respective agencies
What profile do you bring?
- Hands-on mentality and convinced user of agile methods such as Lean Startup, Scrum, and Ideation
- Strong curiosity for digital trends and technologies
- Experience in leading digital projects, building new products, or maintaining existing platforms
- Great understanding of technology topics, high technical affinity
- Strong conceptual skills and a strong process-oriented mindset
- Creative, communicative, and confident appearance
- Enjoyment in active project participation in a dynamic work environment
- A good sense for stakeholders
