Deputy Team Leader Nursing and Care
80-100% immediately or by arrangement
In the Lindenhügel house, we offer a home to 40 residents.
Five of them live in our protected living group Edelweiss, which specializes in people with advanced dementia.
Your tasks
- Co-responsibility for the professional and organizational management of 20 employees as well as representation of the team leader
- Participation in duty planning
- Taking over daily responsibility in nursing care
- Participation in project and concept development
- Close cooperation with relatives and doctors
- Medication management
- Practical training quality management
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or health professional EFZ
- Sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment of leadership tasks
- Independent and structured way of working
- Very good German and MS Office skills
