We are a lively company with 29 locations in the Zurich Oberland area. For over 85 years, we have been delighting our customers daily with high-quality baked goods made from regional ingredients. We produce everything ourselves at our headquarters in Wetzikon: from crispy-fresh bread to finest desserts. In our shops and cafés, we constantly surprise with new culinary highlights.

Your tasks:

Coordination and guidance of the kitchen team
Creation of duty rosters and briefing of employees
Menu and menu card design
Purchasing and inventory management
Checking the quality of delivered, stored goods as well as finished dishes
Independent preparation of dishes and professional guidance of the team
Ensuring smooth operation and coordination of meal preparation
Compliance with and control of all hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP
Daily cleaning tasks

You bring with you:

Experience in leading teams, with a focus on interpersonal relationships
Completed training as a cook, with experience as a head chef
You enjoy cooking with regional, fresh products, are innovative and enjoy creating new dishes
Independent and responsible work, with enthusiasm to further develop the business
Resilient, team player and reliable
