The Wildbach Care Center offers a home for 168 residents and employs around 280 staff members.

Entry January 1, 2026 or by arrangement.
It is surrounded by a 10,000 m2 park. We are looking for you to maintain this park and to occasionally assist the technical service team!
- Maintenance and care of the park and terraces
- Planting of pots, flower boxes, and beds in various areas of the care center
- Responsibility for indoor planting
- Guidance and involvement of the apprentice facility maintenance specialist EFZ in the area of garden maintenance and planting
- Winter service
- Occasional work in the technical service about 10-20% including readiness for on-call duty about 4 weeks per year
- Responsible for the recertification of the park by the Nature & Economy Foundation
- Training as a gardener EFZ
- Experience in garden maintenance, preferably also in the care of public green spaces
- Enjoy working independently and a sense of responsibility
- Service-oriented, proactive, and thoughtful personality
- Communication skills appropriate to the environment with employees, residents, and visitors
- Enjoy working in a small team
- Driver's license category B
