The Child and Youth Work Office Brügg and Surroundings (FKJB) offers services for the municipalities of Brügg, Aegerten, Studen, Schwadernau, Scheuren, Orpund, Safnern and Meinisberg. The offers are aimed at children, adolescents and young adults aged 6 to 20 years. Our team places great value on participation and process-oriented work.
To strengthen our collegial and well-coordinated team of seven permanent employees and three internship positions, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Presence in youth centers and relationship work with children and young people and their environment
- Promotion of children and young people in their development
- Organization and implementation of projects, events and activities
- Cooperation with schools, authorities and social institutions
- Strengthening children and young people in co-design and participation
- Implementation of preventive and resource-oriented offers in the center and in public spaces
- Further development of offers and projects
- Administrative tasks and participation in evaluation
You bring with you
- Ideally higher vocational training (HF) or university of applied sciences degree in the social/health sector
- Experience in youth work or community work
- Structured, independent and networked way of working
- Empathetic communication and appreciative interaction
- Creativity, teamwork and flexibility
- Intercultural competence and openness to diversity
- Enjoyment in dealing with digital media
