The foundation includes the Zum Park and Käppeli nursing and retirement homes with their 205 rooms, which have been organizationally merged.

We are looking for a deputy head of the nursing department for our protected unit 80-100%

• Responsibility for the flow of information to stakeholders and implementation of the home's mission statement and leadership principles
• Assumes leadership responsibility for the department in the absence of the department head
• Ensuring high-quality, resident-oriented, and safe nursing care
• Participation in process optimizations and quality standards
• Ensuring all necessary nursing documentation
• Ensuring interdisciplinary collaboration
• Participation in nursing care
• Active involvement in personnel recruitment in the absence of the department head

• You have completed training as a certified nursing professional HF
• You are a leader and enjoy taking responsibility
• You maintain a positive attitude
• You possess a high degree of independence, strong assertiveness, and pronounced social competence
• You are an open and communicative personality
• You have very good computer skills and are IT savvy
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
