About the job
Physiotherapist (m/f/d)
Location: Zurich Airport, Switzerland
Scope: Part-time or full-time
About us
For over 55 years, the international brand Kieser has stood for health-oriented strength training – evidence-based, effective, and clearly structured. With over 170 own and franchise studios worldwide, we pursue one goal: to make people capable, healthy, and self-determined through targeted strengthening of the musculoskeletal system – at any age.
Kieser Physiotherapy
Kieser Physiotherapy is an independent and integral part of our brand. Our physiotherapy practice is based on the Kieser Method and combines active rehabilitation with medical strength training.
Your mission: As part of our physio team, you combine evidence-based physiotherapy with transitioning patients directly into active training in a Kieser studio. You rethink therapy, strengthen self-efficacy, and help people take responsibility for their health.
What you achieve
· Accompany instead of just treating: From structured assessment through active, cause-oriented therapy to independent training – step by step, at the right pace.
· Explain clearly & motivate: You create knowledge, trust, and movement – through clear communication.
· Therapy tailored to needs: You work independently and purposefully according to the individual needs of our patients and find effective solutions for symptom treatment.
· Co-create & think along: You contribute ideas and help us further develop processes, workflows, and offers in the field of physiotherapy.
· Make progress visible: You set realistic goals and reflect on successes – together with the team and the patients.
· Connect therapy & training: You work closely with the studio team and contribute to the transition to independent training in the studio.
What awaits you with us
· Therapy and training under one roof – well coordinated, effective, and sustainable.
· Modern infrastructure, clear methods – we work cause-oriented and take time for real progress.
· A team that supports and is supported – appreciative, supportive, and open to your ideas.
· Development with perspective – further training, specializations, and individual goals.
· Good work-life balance – flexible working hours, fair compensation, company pension, and attractive additional benefits.
What defines you
You want to truly make a difference with your work – for your patients and your professional environment. You believe in the potential of health-oriented training, education, and self-responsible health promotion. You bring not only professional knowledge but also:
· A recognized qualification as a physiotherapist (m/f/d) with SRK recognition.
· A structured, independent working style combined with genuine joy in teamwork.
· The motivation to actively accompany people, strengthen them, and empower them long-term.
· Interest in evidence-based physiotherapy and its connection with targeted strength training.
· Very good German skills (at least C1) – additional languages such as English or French are an advantage.
· An open, empathetic manner and the ability to communicate clearly and solution-oriented.
