Your Tasks
- Independent planning, preparation, and implementation of creative group offers, project-related groups, and individual therapies
- Implementation and support of therapeutic measures within the treatment of patients (m/f/d) on an open psychiatric ward
- Therapeutic co-design of the treatment process on a protected psychiatric ward
- Support and active participation in the therapeutic care of patients (m/f/d) in the psychiatric day clinic
- Participation in regular interdisciplinary team meetings for case discussions and therapy planning
- Conducting regular assessments as well as careful documentation in the digital patient record
