This is what you can achieve with us...
- Development of new and innovative products and manufacturing processes taking into account food safety and food law requirements
- Planning and conducting trials in the laboratory and in production
- Structured documentation of trials, results, and findings
- Active support of the innovation process
- Analysis of relevant trends in the snack sector as well as derivation of focus topics and development priorities in close cooperation with product management
- Further development and optimization of existing recipes
- Production and evaluation of product samples including sensory assessment
- Maintenance and expansion of an external network (suppliers, universities, trade fairs)
- Active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP) to optimize products and processes
- Responsibility for the implementation and further development of sensory analysis
Why you will succeed...
- Completed vocational training, preferably in the food or chemical industry
- Bachelor in Food Technology FH or Technician HF Food Technology
- Professional experience in the food industry, ideally in development or research
- Solid raw material know-how as well as knowledge of relevant food law requirements
- Pronounced sensory skills
- Structured, organized, and creative way of working
- High sense of responsibility in dealing with food safety and hygiene
- Basic knowledge in project management and project work
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Fluent in German, English, and French is an advantage
