Your area of responsibility
You will maintain active customer contact in the assigned segment and be responsible for the technical and personnel support of your customers. You check and optimize workflows, monitor quality and occupational safety, lead part-time employees, ensure instruction, personnel and absence planning, support projects, and take on IT-supported administrative tasks.
Your profile
You have a technical or manual training as well as further education in building cleaning; a professional certificate is an advantage and industry knowledge is a must. You bring leadership experience as well as strong communication and organizational skills and are service-oriented. We expect enthusiasm, willingness to work flexible hours, and resilience. Very good German skills as well as PC user knowledge (Word, Excel) complete your profile.
