The St. Urban retirement home in Winterthur-Seen is a significant employer in the region. In a family atmosphere, we care for our residents in the areas of senior and nursing groups as well as in two external living groups for people with dementia – in our Freitag center with the houses Annemarie and Margrit. To complement our dedicated teams, senior living group as well as dementia living group House Margrit, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a qualified and empathetic personality as a Health Specialist 80 - 100%

Your area of responsibility:

• Ensuring professional care and support of our residents
• Implementation of medical and nursing orders
• Execution of medical-technical procedures
• Documentation of the provided care and support services in the electronic care documentation for holistic traceability of the care process
• Participation in primary nursing
• Assumption of daily responsibility

You bring:

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in the mentioned function and enjoyment in working with elderly people
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Empathy and pronounced social skills
• Independent, reliable, and professional working style
• High sense of responsibility and flexibility
