Together with your team colleagues, you ensure high-quality payroll processing for around 2,300 employees. In doing so, you take on a central role in the operational payroll daily routine and actively contribute to the digitization, standardization, and further development of our HR processes. Your affinity for HR IT tools as well as your interest in modern HR and compensation topics are a clear added value.

• Experience in payroll or salary administration
• Good knowledge in the area of social insurances
• Interest in digital solutions and HR IT tools
• Understanding of process management as well as enjoyment in optimizing and automating workflows
• Team-oriented, reliable, and service-oriented personality
• Experience in the area of Compensation & Benefits is an advantage

• Diverse and challenging area of responsibility
• Scope for design and active participation in digitization projects
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Assumption and/or deputy responsibility for HR IT tools
