Your Profile

• Completed technical or commercial training
• Ideally already experience in the procurement of technical goods
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); experience with SAP is an advantage
• High degree of initiative, willingness to perform, and ability to work in a team
• Structured, solution- and goal-oriented way of working

Your Challenges

• Workshop purchasing for consumables and building materials as well as part of the inventory; first point of contact for workshop employees
• Building a structured and transparent procurement organization for the workshop
• Conducting market analyses, identifying synergies and bundling potentials
• Development of procurement strategies
• Obtaining offers, comparing quotes, as well as professional awarding and final negotiations
• Early identification of improvement potentials and development of efficient solutions
• Establishing clear standards and efficient processes

After an appropriate familiarization period and acquisition of industry knowledge, you will be assigned the procurement of individual product groups.
