Shape the infrastructure of tomorrow with us: As a Project Manager Electrical Engineering Infrastructure Projects (BSA) 80-100% (m/f/d) you take responsibility in Lucerne for the planning and implementation of operational and safety equipment in road and rail projects. You independently lead projects from the concept phase to commissioning and coordinate clients, specialist planners, and execution partners.

Your tasks
- Independent management and handling of infrastructure projects in the field of operational and safety equipment (BSA)
- Development and elaboration of concept studies, preliminary and detailed projects
- Preparation of tender documents and execution projects
- Technical leadership of the project team as well as coordination of all project participants
- Responsibility for costs, deadlines, and quality of the projects
- Support during construction execution and assistance with commissioning
- Direct contact with clients, authorities, and partner companies
- Further development of technical solutions, standards, and processes
What you bring with you
- Technical education at FH, HF level or equivalent in electrical engineering, building electrical engineering, or a related discipline
- Several years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally in the infrastructure sector
- Experience in project management and coordination of planning teams
- Knowledge in the field of operational and safety systems (BSA) is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in working with diverse stakeholders
