The Lanzeln Retirement Center is a modern facility of the municipality of Stäfa and is awarded the label "Quality in Palliative Care." Centrally located and in close proximity to the lake with a view of the mountains, we offer a beautiful home to 136 residents. We provide person-centered, resource-oriented care based on the principles of palliative care.  

We are looking for a

Nursing Assistant SRK or Nursing Assistant AGS (m/f) 80-100% workload

Your tasks and perspectives 

• You share responsibility for needs- and situation-appropriate care and support of our residents
• You inform, support, and accompany our residents individually – always resource-oriented and adapted to their needs
• Careful documentation of your nursing and care services according to RAI guidelines is natural to you and brings you joy
• Recording services and material consumption is part of your daily nursing routine
• You reliably and conscientiously perform vital sign checks and blood sugar measurements (SRK after competency proof)
• You recognize changes in the condition of residents early and pass relevant information on to the responsible specialists

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Health and Social Assistant EBA or as Nursing Assistant with SRK certificate
• Joy in caring for and supporting elderly people
• High level of motivation, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Ideally, you already have several years of experience in long-term care
• You have good oral and written communication skills in German
