• Process responsible for person-centered care and support of our residents
• Responsible as day manager for the smooth running of daily operations
• Active participation in project and specialist groups of the KZU
• Recording and active action in complex, rapidly changing situations
• Interprofessional collaboration, especially with therapy staff and the medical service
• Enjoyment of medical-technical tasks

• Completed professional training as a registered nurse HF/FH or an equivalent foreign diploma recognized by the SRK
• Experience with medical-technical tasks is an advantage
• Service- and person-oriented action and work
• Knowledge of Kinaesthetics, Integrative Validation, Basal Stimulation

The KZU, with its two in-house daycares, operates two care centers in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers a home to elderly, care-dependent people and, in addition to various specialized services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
