The center is open 7/7 and 24/24 and requires a place of residence less than 1h30 from the workplace. The basic training requires an activity rate of 100% during the first three months. For more information: https://youtu.be/UkKTcryEAJE

Your main tasks will be as follows:

Establish the link with callers and clearly identify their needs;

Carry out a complete anamnesis and then offer appropriate advice with detailed recommendations;

If necessary, direct callers to the appropriate care resource (doctor, pharmacy, dentist, mobile nursing team, emergency, etc.);

Carry out precise documentation to allow optimal follow-up;

Commit to working in a multidisciplinary team and regularly train.

Your assets:

Qualified nurse with 3 years of professional practice in emergency care, general medicine and/or pediatrics in a hospital setting;

Great ease with computer tools;

Excellent knowledge of the Swiss health system;

Mastery of several languages.
