To strengthen our team responsible for the maintenance of grounds, forests, and facilities, we are looking for our future colleague.
Mission:
- Carry out forest maintenance work, including logging, felling, and cleaning along power lines
- Maintain lake shores, access to infrastructures, and company green spaces by performing consolidation work to combat erosion
- Ensure the maintenance of grounds and equipment near dams, including vegetation cleaning, mowing, and barrier construction
- Intervene during extreme weather events (storms, floods, snow) to ensure the operation of installations, performing complex work with chainsaws and climbing trees as needed for interventions
- Perform maintenance of the entity's vehicles and machinery
Profile:
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as forester-lumberjack
- Good knowledge of forests and forest engineering
- Open to training in tree climbing and rope work
- Rigorous, autonomous, and versatile by nature with a strong team spirit
- Holder of a driving license
- Able to use a forestry tractor (an asset)
