Prepare a variety of Swiss and international dishes
Mise-en-place work with a high awareness of quality and time
Handle food cost-consciously and actively contribute to reducing food waste
Use the materials and utensils available to you carefully and responsibly
Work closely with Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, Commis, and interns
Assist in the onboarding of new employees and apprentices and support their development through targeted training
Ensure compliance with all hygiene and safety standards (HACCP, Rieber Check Cloud, internal guidelines)
Ensure the implementation of hotel-specific quality standards (CMS)
Organize and conduct internal training within the framework of kitchen management.
Your profile
- Successfully completed chef training, several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy
- Flexibility regarding working hours
- Independent, hygienic, and precise working style
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
- Exceptional handling of hectic situations while maintaining a consistently professional working style
