We are seeking a Market Insight & Analytics Specialist (100%) for a permanent position in our retail marketing team.

Role and Responsibilities
Your tasks, you…
- develop and maintain a structured store segmentation framework across product categories
- ensure consistency and regular updates of POS master and segmentation data in collaboration with BI and data owners
- define KPIs and benchmarks for Field Force activities (e.g., store visits, merchandising quality, product knowledge)
- coordinate quality assurance processes such as mystery shopping and knowledge checks
- act as key contact for the external Field Force agency, supporting coaching, meetings, and process alignment
- build and manage dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) to monitor channel and store performance
- integrate external data (e.g., footfall, demographics, competitor POS) into internal dashboards
- identify trends and anomalies in POS data and support issue resolution
- query and analyze customer and CRM data to uncover insights on consumer behavior and interactions
- translate data into compelling narratives that influence marketing decisions and drive customer-centric strategies
- collaborate with internal teams to improve data flows and visualization of field and customer data
- lead operational projects (e.g., system changes, reporting updates, performance audits)
- explore and apply AI, automation, and advanced data tools to enhance segmentation and reporting
- support pilot initiatives leveraging AI for performance analysis and insight generation
Skills and Qualifications
Your profile, you…
- have mid-level experience in data analysis and dashboard creation
- are experienced in retail operations, trade marketing, or field execution
- turn data into actionable recommendations with structured thinking
- manage external service providers (e.g., field force agencies) effectively
- communicate and influence stakeholders across functions with strong interpersonal skills
- work proactively and collaboratively as a team player
- stay curious about emerging technologies (e.g., AI) and translate trends into business value
- use Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data visualization
- understand SQL and relational data structures, and are proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- speak German and English fluently; French is a plus
- have an existing network to local and international agencies (ideally)
- are self-driven, organized, detail-oriented, and deliver high-quality service with a professional appearance
