We are looking for a Breakfast Chef with heart and attention to detail for our modern Bloomell Coffeehouse in the Emmenhof area in Derendingen. Our location is directly on the idyllic Emmen Canal, embedded in an urban, newly developed area with a lot of potential and a dedicated team. The Bloomell Coffeehouse stands for high-quality breakfast and brunch culture with innovative recipes and warm hospitality. YOUR TASKS
- Preparation of high-quality breakfast, brunch, and desserts according to Bloomell standards
- Responsibility for compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Ensuring a smooth operation in the kitchen during service hours
- Ordering, goods receipt, and inventory management according to the "First In, First Out" principle
- Completed basic training as a chef, baker-pastry chef-confectioner or comparable training with experience
- Experience in breakfast, brunch, or system catering is an advantage
- Enjoyment of fresh and high-quality ingredients
- Resilience, independence, teamwork, and reliability
- Digital affinity - our processes are partially digitized
