This position is intended for a project manager or a department head experienced in the field of infrastructure and/or civil engineering structures, with the desire to convert the acquired experience into an entrepreneurial and managerial role.

- Create and manage a portfolio of projects in the fields of infrastructure, structures, and civil engineering works
- Develop and supervise a team of specialist engineers and draftsmen
- Expand the business portfolio
- Consolidate the department's skills acquired over many years in the field of infrastructure
- Team leadership and coordination
- Project management
- Active prospecting and preparation of bids in the fields of infrastructure, structures, civil engineering works, and the environment
- Higher education in civil engineering
- Proven experience in team management, department development, and project management (minimum 5 years of experience)
- Very good knowledge of the Fribourg construction market
- Leadership and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French
- Good knowledge of current standards (SIA, etc.)
- Ability to manage deadlines and budgets
- Strong organisational skills and a keen sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in the Office 365 environment, MS Project, and Messerli
