Your tasks
- Professional, operational, personnel and administrative management of the Administration department with six employees and apprentices
- Enforcement and implementation of laws, regulations and directives
- Management and assurance of workflows including IT resource use
- Ensuring current, factual information flow and maintaining open and targeted communication with the team and superiors
- Personnel management of the employees in the Administration team with clear tasks, competencies and responsibilities
- Field assignments
Your profile
- Commercial training preferably in public administration with the professional certificate "Specialist in Debt Collection and Bankruptcy" from the Swiss Association for Professional Examination in Debt Collection and Bankruptcy (SVBBK) or comparable further education
- Sound knowledge of the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) and good legal knowledge of the Civil Code (ZGB), Code of Obligations (OR), and Civil Procedure Code (ZPO)
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office, specialized applications such as eXpert, etc.)
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position
- Service- and solution-oriented personality
- Very good communication skills as well as fluency in written and spoken expression are required
- Driver's license category B (e-fleet vehicle available on site)
