You work 100% in Zug

• You will be the contact person for our visitors. You present and explain our range of appliances, respond to questions and wishes, and provide comprehensive support to our customers, whether in person at the exhibition or by phone
• You ensure that the first impression counts by handling inquiries, answering emails, and processing orders. You keep things under control when it comes to administrative tasks
• You can bring your creative side to events – whether in planning and conducting customer events, product training, or other occasions. You create experiences that remain memorable
• At trade fairs, you are our brand ambassador – your expertise and commitment make our booth a visitor magnet and ensure that V-ZUG is impressively represented
• Our exhibition is your pride – you take care that everything remains appealing and well-maintained so that our visitors feel completely comfortable and experience the appliances in perfect condition

• You have completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field, in sales, gastronomy, or hospitality
• With your target-group-appropriate communication and winning charisma, you build trust with our diverse customers
• Your ability to understand the needs of our customers and empathize with their living spaces is based on a harmonious combination of rich experience and an open, approachable nature
• With your organizational talent and great initiative, you bring the extra to your daily performance on weekdays and Saturday shifts; as a team player, you contribute to a good working atmosphere
• Thanks to your solid MS Office skills, you master digital challenges with ease
• You are fluent in German and English to ensure clear and effective communication. Any additional language, especially French, is a great plus
