The Swiss Tax Conference (SSK) is the association of the 26 cantonal tax authorities as well as the Federal Tax Administration (ESTV). The IT department of the SSK (SSK IT) is responsible for joint applications and standards in the tax sector, which are used by the cantonal tax administrations and the ESTV. Under the presidency of Marina Züger, head of the cantonal tax office Zurich, the core team of SSK IT is administratively based with us – and this is exactly where we are looking for you!
In this unique role, you are the organizational hub of SSK IT. You work closely with project managers, suppliers, and specialists from all over Switzerland – and at the same time, you are the central contact person for all administrative and coordination tasks. Since there is no direct team on site, a personality is needed who enjoys working independently, thinks ahead, and takes responsibility.
Your tasks:
- Contract management: Coordination and control of contract processes including obtaining legal approvals, agenda setting in committees, signature circulation, and filing.
- Organization of meetings and events: Planning, coordination, and execution of SSK IT events – from invitation to feedback.
- Maintenance of digital communication: Updating the SSK IT websites and contact lists for mailings and newsletters.
- Authorization management: Ongoing and systematic review of access rights on digital platforms.
- Document management: Structured filing and archiving of all relevant documents.
- Administrative support: Participation in coordination meetings, contributing ideas for IT tools, and support in personnel administration.
- Flexible additional tasks: Taking on further tasks within the SSK IT team.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in a national environment.
- Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of structured work
- Independent and proactive working style, also in home office and without a direct team on site
- Experience in the administrative field, ideally related to public institutions or IT projects
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when dealing with various stakeholders
- Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as good language skills in French and English.
