What you do with us:
<p align="left" data-mce-="">As a team leader, you take over the management of electrical planning at the Zurich location. You supervise 4-6 employees and work on interesting projects of all kinds with your team, offering a lot of variety and challenges.</p><p align="left" data-mce-="">Your daily work includes, among other things:</p><ul><li data-mce-="">Leading the electrical team (4-6 employees)</li><li data-mce-="">Resource planning for your team in coordination with the site managers in Zurich and Lucerne</li><li data-mce-="">Active development of the quality management system, as well as supporting its implementation in projects</li><li data-mce-="">Development and promotion of employees in their career paths</li><li data-mce-="">Full cost responsibility within the team regarding fees, supplements, billing, and external services</li><li data-mce-="">Assisting with the introduction and further development of the BIM method in the company</li><li data-mce-="">Managing demanding projects as project manager or overall project manager</li><li data-mce-="">Leading internal or external specialist planners such as lighting, AV, door specialist planning</li><li data-mce-="">Entrepreneurial action within the project</li><li data-mce-="">Collaboration with the HVAC departments to continuously improve planning services<br><br></li></ul>
What you bring:
<ul><li data-mce-="">Basic training as an electrical planner EFZ or electrical installer EFZ <br></li><li>Several years of professional experience in electrical planning</li><li>Customer-oriented with a strong sense of quality</li><li>Resilience, flexibility, team orientation, and communicative personality</li><li data-mce-="">Leadership experience of a small team is an advantage</li><li>Quick comprehension<br></li><li>Practical approach, negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Networked thinking and solution-oriented action</li><li>Teamwork skills and experienced in dealing with people</li></ul>
