In our Cargo Logistics Center Schwarzenbach, you are part of a 170-member family. Near the Thur, you will find generous infrastructure, modern work equipment, and a collegial atmosphere with drive.

The position is ideal for dispatchers who prefer regular working hours and is also suitable for experienced drivers who want to exchange the steering wheel for an office chair but still want to keep one foot on the road.

Your tasks

• Quickly recognize, record, and process irregularities according to urgency
• Daily goods inspection in the transshipment warehouse
• Goal-oriented customer discussions to clarify issues
• Complete damage processing with customers
• Recording and coordination of subsequent deliveries
• Briefing and debriefing drivers
• Support in processing loading lists
• Various other administrative tasks in the transport/dispatch area

What you bring

• Commercial basic training with professional experience, preferably in transport or forwarding
• Quick comprehension and the ability to recognize complex contexts
• Resilient, team-oriented, and confident and calm demeanor even in hectic situations
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, SAP is an advantage
