What to expect with us
- Administrative support of presidential tasks
- Operational as well as administrative support of technical processes with superuser function, such as document life cycle, etc.
- Active participation in the introduction and coordination of modern IT solutions
- Data cleansing and evaluations (with pivot function)
- Adjustments of templates with scripts and information sheets
You bring
- Completed commercial apprenticeship with further training in the IT field (text and data processing and evaluations)
- Professional experience in administration desired
- Practical experience in project management with IT know-how
- Structured, independent working style and pronounced service orientation
- Quick comprehension and joy in networked thinking
- Strong communication skills and high initiative
- Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form
