For our Finance and Accounting department, we are looking for an Accounting Clerk 40 - 60% (m/f/d). The already defined working days are Wednesday and Friday mornings. Additional working days are possible by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Main responsibility for the accounts receivable area
- Monitoring and booking of incoming payments
- Dunning and clarification of open items
- Credit management and credit checks
Collaboration and deputizing in the accounts payable area
- Validating, coding, and booking documents
Coding and booking various documents (cash, bank, etc.)
Participation in reporting and monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Creating evaluations and statistics
Maintaining master data

Your Profile

Completed commercial basic training
Professional experience in accounting
Basic knowledge of accounting
Confident handling of ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
Very good Excel skills
Independent, precise, and reliable working style
