For our facility in ZURICH, we are looking for a
You are experienced and no one can teach you anything about leadership and communication. You want to be more than just management and also have insight into higher-level tasks within an organization, maybe be responsible for the onboarding of fellow managers, conduct training for co-educators or group leaders across daycare centers, lead or build a really large, full house? As a manager, you shape the daily daycare routine for the children with your team with a lot of heart and commitment. You lead the daycare pedagogically and administratively. Additionally, there are tasks that are daycare-wide and coordinated by the sponsor. Ideally, you are familiar with the transition of subsidies and service contracts in Zurich.
You have completed training as a childcare specialist or an equivalent diploma. Additionally, you have already completed a recognized management course.
