Caretaker for School Building Service

The Education Center for Technology is looking for a caretaker from July 1, 2026 or by arrangement

• Maintenance, upkeep, and minor repairs of buildings and technical equipment
• Obtaining, comparing, coordinating, and supervising offers and maintenance work
• Care of outdoor facilities (green area maintenance, winter service, cleanliness)
• Handling administrative and simple office tasks
• Managing our vehicle fleet (appointment organization, maintenance, tire changes)
• Carrying out small errands and messenger services, on-call duty

• Completed craft/technical vocational training
• Further training as a caretaker or willingness to undergo training
• Several years of professional experience, preferably already experience in building services
• Used to working independently
• Strong service and team orientation, helpful personality
• Responsible and reliable, flexible and resilient
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Willingness for short shifts in the evening and on weekends
• Resident in or around Frauenfeld
• Driving license category B
