The Frohmatt Senior Center is a modern facility that offers various forms of housing, optimally tailored to the needs of our residents. We care for and support people with care needs, people with dementia, and assist individuals in supported living. Our operation also includes senior apartments with services within the building. The Stollenweid House, as a fourth house, also belongs to Frohmatt. Here live our residents who prefer a rural lifestyle.

We are looking for a group leader for our care group with 28 residents and about 30 employees starting January 1, 2026, due to retirement.

Your Tasks:
- Personnel and professional leadership of the care team in line with the overall objectives of the institution
- Situation-appropriate personnel deployment planning considering cost-effectiveness and efficiency
- Active and responsible development of the future of your department
- Execution of treatment nursing activities
- Building and maintaining trusting relationships with residents, their relatives, employees, and external parties
- Ensuring and optimizing the quality of care and its processes
What You Bring:
- Completed training as a qualified nurse/HF
- Solid professional experience in long-term care
- Proven leadership experience and further training in leadership is an advantage
- You possess high social competence and good organizational and communication skills
- Goal-oriented and solution-oriented thinking and acting with the aim of continuously promoting care quality and team development
- Solid IT knowledge (Peps, RAI, Lobos, etc.)
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
