For our innovative and nature-based offering "Sandgrueb Animal- and Nature-Assisted Therapy" in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy at the Egg location, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for two committed individuals as
Nursing / Social Pedagogy Specialist
60% (or by arrangement)
Your Tasks
- Accompanying children and adolescents during all horse-assisted activities
- Supporting young patients within the framework of experiential education and reliable accompaniment during transports
- Accompanying shared meals, especially for patients with eating disorders
- Building sustainable relationships, supporting emotional regulation, and professional crisis intervention
- Ensuring the link to inpatient/partial inpatient treatment settings (e.g. handover during transports, participation in site meetings) and continuous feedback to the interprofessional team
Your Profile
- Qualified nurse HF/FH or qualified social pedagogue HF/FH (recognition certificate for foreign qualifications)
- Solid experience in child and adolescent psychiatric settings
- High relationship and communication skills
- Resilience in crises and enjoyment of teamwork in a nature-based environment
- Independent and solution-oriented working style as well as high resilience
- Willingness to actively participate in development processes
