• you are a real organizational talent – numbers, tables & processes do not scare you
• you enjoy dealing with people – whether on the phone, by email or in direct conversation
• you are a "Digital Native" and PC, smartphone & co. are part of your everyday life
• you think quickly, plan networked and understand new things quickly
• you are linguistically proficient – especially in German, preferably also with foreign language skills
• you have a district school leaving certificate or a very good secondary school leaving certificate (level A or strong B)
