Your tasks:
- Personnel, organizational, and economic management of the kitchen
- Responsibility for the recipe-compliant preparation and presentation of the daily changing menus and seasonal à la carte dishes
- Co-responsibility for banquets and buffets
- Preparation of various types of food according to the menu plan and special requests
- Independent responsibility for a section
- Co-responsibility for efficient inventory management
- Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
- Implementation of the nutritional physiological principles of cooking
- Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service
- Ongoing adjustment and further development of the area and overall operations in collaboration with the hotel management
- Completed training as a cook with further training to become a head chef with a federal certificate of competence or equivalent training
- Several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Leadership experience
- Conscientious and independent working style
- Motivated, reliable personality with customer orientation and high social competence
- Flexible and creative personality who sets priorities and develops initiative
- Flair for decorating and presenting dishes and desserts
