Your Tasks
- Assisting in ensuring patient care with sterile, reusable medical devices, observing legal and normative requirements
- Cleaning, disinfecting, inspecting, maintaining, functional testing, packing, packaging, and sterilizing as well as commissioning reusable medical devices
- Operating and checking the department's medical-technical devices
- Documenting all relevant process steps
- Supporting and representing the management
- Cooperative collaboration with internal and external interfaces
- Designing staff deployment planning
- Appreciative leadership of employees
Your Profile
- Successful completion of the specialist course 2 for Technical Sterilization Assistant (m/f/d) with extended responsibilities, or willingness to acquire it
- Teamwork skills, willingness to learn and commit, and a high sense of responsibility
- Organizational talent as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Experience in the field of medical device reprocessing, as well as in leading and instructing employees
- Willingness to work shifts (early/late) and possibly weekend on-call duty
