Distribution Manager 60-80% (m/f/d)
Do you want to make a real impact with our digital sales channels? In this important role, you actively organize the pricing and distribution channels of one of the best-known excursion destinations in Central Switzerland and ensure that our offers are visible, bookable, and successful worldwide. Become part of a dynamic team immediately or by arrangement and combine analytical thinking with a passion for tourism.
What you can achieve
- You place, maintain, and further develop our products on all relevant B2B and B2C sales channels and ensure a consistent appearance with correct prices, availability, and content
- You manage sales partnerships (e.g., OTAs, tourism partners domestically and abroad)
- You further develop our digital shop (B2B & B2C) including interfaces to connected systems and support the management of sales channels
- You analyze sales, guest, and occupancy data and create reports
- You support the organization, care, and reporting of fam and media trips
- You are the operational support and deputy for the sales team as needed
What sets you apart
- You have completed training at the HF/FH level in business, tourism, hospitality, or an equivalent qualification with professional experience
- You can demonstrate experience in distribution, pricing, and revenue management, ideally in the tourism or hospitality environment
- You like to work structured, precise, and independently with a high service orientation and sense of responsibility
- Communication in German and English is easy for you, as is working with MS Office, and your communicative, team-oriented personality as well as solution-oriented working style characterize you
