Your tasks
- Coordination and supervision of work assignments as well as cleaning processes
- Conducting regular cleaning inspections and assisting with cleaning if necessary
- Receiving customer complaints and ensuring their timely resolution
- Checking compliance with specified hours and controlling as well as distributing consumables
- Monitoring workplace safety on site
- Personnel administrative tasks
- Supporting the recruitment of employees and temporary staff for holiday replacements
- Responsibility for machines, equipment, and cleaning rooms
- Participation in internal training events
Your profile
- Completed technical or manual training
- Further training as a building cleaner EFZ or in housekeeping is an advantage
- Professional experience in FM, building cleaning, or housekeeping sector
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, additional language skills are an advantage
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Impeccable reputation and debt enforcement extract
- Driving license category B
- Resident in the region
- Foreign applicants require a C residence permit
- Independent and reliable
