To ensure and further develop the core administrative processes, we are creating a new key position. In this role, you will take on the professional and organizational leadership of the central patient admission including reception and cost assurance and actively contribute to the optimization of clinic-wide processes.
Tasks
- Professional and organizational leadership of the central patient admission, reception, and cost assurance
- Ensuring efficient, standardized, and high-quality process flows in daily operations
- Responsibility for valid and complete patient data from admission, especially regarding cost assurance and billing
- Interface function between care areas and administrative support units
- Leadership, coordination, and development of the team (personnel deployment planning, daily support, coaching)
- Identification and implementation of optimization and digitalization measures
- Active participation in overarching clinic processes, especially in Integral Capacity Management (IKM)
- Promotion of synergies through the organizational integration of reception
Profile
- Completed commercial or medical-administrative training (e.g., MPA, hospital specialist, health economics further training advantageous)
- Several years of professional experience in the administrative environment of a hospital or clinic
- System knowledge of SAP, KISIM advantageous
- First leadership experience or proven leadership competence
- Very good process understanding in patient administration, cost assurance, and interface management
- Structured, solution-oriented, and resilient working style
- Strong communication skills as well as assertiveness and decision-making competence
- Affinity for process optimization, quality, and digital working methods
