We are looking for an agreement for a
Co-Head of Internal Medicine/Palliative Care (80% - 100%)
On the C7 ward, primarily medical patients are treated and cared for. The C7 level also includes the specialized Palliative Care ward with an attached competence center.Your Challenge
- You will lead the nursing team of about 50 employees and 10-15 nursing students HF / FH, health professionals in training, and interns together with the co-management.
- You will plan, coordinate, and monitor the appropriate deployment of staff. You will recruit new employees and support the personnel.
- You will organize the nursing process in consultation with the medical staff and specialists.
- Furthermore, you will take responsibility for the budget of the nursing station and ensure an economically efficient use of resources.
- You will work in tandem in a co-management role and engage with the professional management of Palliative Care.
- To ensure and further develop the quality of care and training, a good working and learning atmosphere, as well as high patient satisfaction on the ward, you will contribute actively.
- In your leadership work and at the patient’s bedside, you will be a role model.
Your Profile
- You ideally bring several years of professional experience as a qualified nurse HF/FH, first leadership experience is an advantage but not a must.
- Your social competence is pronounced, and communication in leadership and nursing everyday life is appropriate and clear.
- You have a good working methodology and can efficiently organize your diverse tasks.
- You are open and flexible regarding changes and willing to actively support them.
