Job Description – Hospitality Intern (F&B Service)

We are a small, family-run lakeside hotel with an on-site restaurant in central Switzerland. We are looking for motivated Hospitality Interns to support our Food & Beverage service team during the season.

This internship is ideal for students or career starters who would like to gain hands-on experience in restaurant service and daily hotel operations in a real working environment.

Main responsibilities:

•Supporting the restaurant service team (serving food and beverages, clearing tables, basic guest interaction)

•Assisting with daily restaurant setup and closing duties

•Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area

•Supporting general day-to-day operations during busy service periods

•Working closely with a small international team

What we are looking for:

•Positive attitude and willingness to learn

•Reliability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

•Interest in hospitality and food & beverage service

•Good team spirit and flexibility

•Basic English required; German is an advantage but not mandatory
