Junior Project Manager Construction Management (m/f/d), 80-100%

You will work in a team and independently on demanding and diverse projects along the planning and construction process – with a focus on the SIA phases tendering and realisation. You can expect varied projects throughout Switzerland and a committed, collegial team.

Your main tasks:

• Controlling costs, deadlines and quality
• Project and process management with task coordination
• Support of project-related quality management (PQM) and implementation of quality assurance (QA)
• Management of accounting and change management
• Scheduling and construction performance control
• Conducting condition assessments and analyses
• Organisation and execution of tenders

Your profile:

• Higher construction-related education in construction management, building technology, architecture or civil engineering
• Experience in construction execution and construction management tasks
• Enjoyment of innovative and digital work processes
• Curiosity, teamwork skills as well as willingness to perform and learn
• Independent and self-reliant working style
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Confident and respectful manner towards clients, authorities and external partners
